1. What does Endgrain Studio offer?
Endgrain Studio creates thoughtfully designed kitchen tools for everyday cooking, with a focus on natural wood, functional design, and natural materials.

2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes we do offer shipping in the US.

3. Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to selected destinations, including the United States. Available shipping destinations are displayed at checkout.

4. How long does shipping take?
Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow its progress.

5. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, we'll send a tracking number to the email address provided with your order.

6. How should I care for my wooden cutting board?
Wash your board by hand with warm water and mild dish soap, then dry it thoroughly. Do not soak it or place it in the dishwasher. Periodic conditioning with a food-contact-safe cutting board oil can help maintain the wood.

7. Can I return my cutting board?
Eligible unused products may be returned according to our Returns Policy. Because our products come into contact with food, used products may not be eligible for return.(ideally within 7 dads)

8. My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 7 days) with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We'll review the issue and help arrange an appropriate resolution.

9. Can I cancel or modify my order?
If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. We begin processing orders shortly after they are placed, so changes cannot always be guaranteed.

10. Are your cutting boards made from natural wood?
Yes. Our cutting boards are made from natural wood, with the specific material listed on each product page. Because natural wood is unique, grain patterns and color may vary from the photographs.

11. What is an end-grain cutting board?
An end-grain cutting board is constructed with the ends of the wood fibers forming the cutting surface. This construction creates the distinctive grain pattern seen on our boards and provides a different cutting experience from conventional wooden boards.

12. Are the cutting boards food-safe?
Our boards are intended for food preparation. Product-specific material and care information is provided on each product page. We avoid making claims about materials or certifications that we cannot substantiate.
